Meet the sweet and petite, Ellie! Ellie is a Pointer/AmStaff mix who came to us from an overcrowded city shelter. Ellie was having a hard time in the shelter environment, so she needed out of there! She is a spunky, active young lady at 2 years old and 45 lbs. She is housetrained, crate trained (sleeps through the night), and loves to play/run! A fenced in yard would be best for her since she loves to zoom. She previously lived with a cat and was said to do well, though she is interested in them so a dog-savvy cat would be best. She has met other dogs her size and smaller very nicely, though she does enjoy playing, so a playful dog friend would be best. Ellie has met older children nicely, unsure of younger kiddos.
